Your appointment at Keller Aesthetics & Wellness is reserved just for you. Because I plan each appointment around your treatment, product, and time needed, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to prepay before booking future appointments. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation if there is not enough time to safely complete the service. Any required deposit or booking fee is non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future appointment when adequate notice is provided. I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. Please reach out as soon as possible if something comes up. I will always do my best to be understanding. This policy simply helps protect appointment availability and ensures every client receives the time and care they deserve.
